Brewed in collaboration with Japas Cervejaria (Sao Paulo, Brazil), Sabi is the second part of a series named for the Japanese concept of transient beauty. This project started as Wabi, a Lager with sweet annie, white fir needles, and wild cherry tree bark, before aging in Chardonnay barrels to take on added complexity, tannins, and notes of white grape. Meaning “the beauty of natural aging,” Sabi confirms that good things come with time.
