This midnight hued sour aged on 500 lbs. of fresh blueberries from Wild Acres Farm (Chester, MA). A blend of 3 unique sour projects, Margot showcases a pleasing acidity balanced by complex notes of roasted barley and oak tannins, and bright flavors of berry jam. Drink fresh or cellar.
