Luminary Society Details

T-shirt and glassware will be available in early 2019 - sign up for size of T-shirt at time of purchase
First option to purchase membership for 2020 (there is no guarantee of a confirmed membership spot, but first option will be given)
1 Luminary Society Membership-Only Party in 2019. Date and details TBD. Fee required for non-members and guests
Some Luminary Society releases may allow for extra bottles to be purchased, depending on the size of the barrel. Limits for these bottles will be equal for all member tiers
You must be 21 years of age or older to join the Luminary Society
The styles and timing of the six releases will be at the sole discretion of our team, though we anticipate releasing bottles in January, March, May, July, September, and November. The beer list will evolve as we taste, blend, and condition, but we anticipate offering a sampling of sour beers aged on fruit, a few Belgian-Influenced wild beers fermented with Brettanomyces, and a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout to cap off the year.

Bottle shipping is available to any residential or business address in Massachusetts only at an additional cost. Please note that Lamplighter Brewing Co. is only legally allowed to ship to addresses in Massachusetts, even if your state allows beer shipping
A flat rate shipping cost of $10 per bottle will be charged for each shipment to MA addresses
All packages are shipped overnight and will be delivered within a week of release date (bank holidays, inclement weather, etc. may cause unexpected delays in transit time)
All shipments require proof that the purchaser and individual being delivered to are 21+ years of age. A signature and government-issued ID will be required upon delivery. We cannot ship beer to P.O. Boxes
If purchaser is not present for adult signature and package is returned, purchaser will be charged a return fee (determined by cost of return shipping, restocking, and any other fees that may occur)
If packages are returned to Lamplighter Brewing Co. you may re-choose your delivery / pick-up at that time by contacting luminarysociety@lamplighterbrewing.com

Whenever a new bottle is released to the Luminary Society, members will receive an email listing a week-long pick-up window during which bottles may be claimed on-site or designated for delivery to MA addresses only. Pick-ups are only available during Taproom hours
If you are unable to pick up your bottle(s) during this time, you must email luminarysociety@lamplighterbrewing.com to coordinate an alternative pickup time. At least 24-hour notice is required. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are not picked up or shipped within the designated time frame!
Members may designate a Trustee to pick up their beers. An ID proving that the person accepting the package is 21+ years of age will be required. Name of Trustee must be emailed to luminarysociety@lamplighterbrewing.com. Trustees must be indicated for each order unless you have designated a permanent Trustee. Trustees can be changed at any time by emailing luminarysociety@lamplighterbrewing.com
Any bottles allocated for the Luminary Society members that are not picked up / set to be delivered by March 2020 will be considered the property of Lamplighter Brewing Co. and will be forfeited without refund.

We expect that no Luminary Society release will be resold for any reason. All beer purchased and obtained through the Luminary Society is for the purpose of consumption only
Re-selling bottles without a wholesale account with Lamplighter Brewing Co. is illegal and can jeopardize our and your ABCC license

If a club member is found illegally re-selling our beer, their membership will be revoked and whatever allocations are left at that point will be refunded

Lamplighter Brewing Co. reserves the right to cancel / terminate Luminary Society memberships for any reason. If your Luminary Society membership is cancelled by Lamplighter Brewing Co., you will be notified through the email attached to your account and a refund based on remaining allocations will be refunded to you
It is up to Lamplighter Brewing Co.’s discretion to allow or terminate Luminary Society memberships at any time, and reasons may or may not be given
