Shy Bird Beer Dinner Kits

(Dinner for 3 and a mixed four pack of beer to pair) 

Join us on Sunday, January 31st for another at-home beer dinner, this time with our friends at Shy Bird! We've teamed up with them to put together a five-course menu featuring their signature roast chicken, some seasonal sides, and a delicious dessert. And yes, it comes with beer. Check out the full menu below.

These kits make for a hearty meal for 2 - 3, and include everything you need to enjoy at home. Each kit also comes with a mixed four pack of recommended beers to pair.  There will be some light prep work needed but don't worry, we'll provide you with all the instructions you need with your kits.

Winter Panzanella 
butternut squash, shaved brussels, maple-balsamic vinaigrette, ricotta salata, pumpkin seeds

Whole Chicken
mustard-beer sauce (using Lamplighter’s Rosie Mexican Lager!)

Here’s how it works: Pre-order now, for pickup at the brewery on Sunday 1/31 anytime between 2 pm - 8 pm. We have plenty of other beer available for pickup, add that on to your order and we'll pack it up in advance for you!
