Rhapsody is a mixed-culture sour aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Tart and complex, this beer presents a delicate oak aroma and balanced notes of apricot, white grape, cherry blossom, and peach. Semi-dry, refreshing, and delicious. Drink fresh or cellar.
